Partners Mario & Alison Russo started in the hairdressing industry almost 30 years ago, both working for large international chains. This is where they realized that education and change is key to achievement on a personal & a team level.

Mario strongly believes in the importance of collaborating waith youth to determine the "scenes" & continuously works on ways of bringing new fashions into the salon.
